BEADLOCK MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
- Tires should be mounted using only good tire mounting practices and acceptable tire mounting equipment designed for the tire industry.
- Seat tire bead in the shoulder of the bead lock inner ring of the wheel.
- Position the outer ring. Tighten bolts in a cross pattern to ensure even pressure on the bead lock.
- The outer ring will flex to match the tire bead and should cinch down to meet the inner ring.
- Impact wrenches are not recommended for installing bolts, due to the possibility of over- or under- tightening. All bolts should be started by hand to avoid cross threading.
- Maximum torque: 10 ft/lb.
- Use tire-mounting fluid on the wheel bead opposite the bead lock to ensure a proper seat for the tire.
