BEADLOCK MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Tires should be mounted using only good tire mounting practices and acceptable tire mounting equipment designed for the tire industry.
2. Seat tire bead in the shoulder of the bead lock inner ring of the wheel.
3. Position the outer ring. Tighten bolts in a cross pattern to ensure even pressure on the bead lock.
4. The outer ring will flex to match the tire bead and should cinch down to meet the inner ring.
5. Impact wrenches are not recommended for installing bolts, due to the possibility of over- or under- tightening. All bolts should be started by hand to avoid cross threading.
6. Maximum torque: 10 ft/lb.
7. Use tire-mounting fluid on the wheel bead opposite the bead lock to ensure a proper seat for the tire.
